Why didn't Yoruichi react when she saw young Juhabach?

He was wearing glasses, she couldn't recognize him.

It'll be one of those things she and Sandal Hat figured Ichigo didn't need to know (like how that guy with the glasses was a traitor and might try to kill his ***), 'cuz the time "wasn't right".

How would she know what he looks like?

Because she's friends with urahara, and urahara knows everything.

You're assuming she knew what Juhabach looked like to recognise the spirit.

Read the entire bankai training - a lot of her thoughts indicate she's doing this on Urahara's advice rather than personal experience. She keeps her thoughts to herself, but she's clearly not as confident over mentoring this entire process as she was pretending to Ichigo. Ichigo couldn't see it because she hid it, but that entire thing was a brand new experience for her. It was made very clear she was only doing it out of faith in Urahara, not because she had any kind of first-hand experience in making it work.

So, there was a lot of uncertainty from her in the bankai training event, if not recognising Juhabach is thrown in on top of that, it really doesn't seem too bad. Even without all that, there's no guarantee she would know what Juhabach would look like - she wasn't expecting the recurring hollow mask either. She thought to herself that 'it' (whatever 'it' was) was probably impossible, but she'd keep an eye out to be certain.... so, yes, Yoruichi was on a learning curve during the Soul Society arc, just like the kids were.

We all used to laugh at the fact that Clark Kent could hide who he was just by putting on glasses. .....Now Kubo has proven that it can happen. Who knew

But hollowification was a secret experiment. She was Covert-Ops and 2nd division leader and Leader of the one of the Four Great Noble Houses and she didn't have information or knowledge of Juhabach or the quincy war (not massacre). That would be very strange.

I'm not saying she didn't have knowledge, but that doesn't mean she'd have known what he physically looked like. The other alternative is that, yes, she might have guessed - perhaps the recurring hollow mask clued her in, given that when Ichigo mentioned it kept coming back even when he threw it away, whatever she was thinking she thought was probably impossible but she'd keep it in mind anyway... so clearly something set off alarm bells with her. If so, she wouldn't need to react upon seeing the spirit during bankai training as her suspicions would already exist.

Well I would think that there would be a picture of him somewhere. Though I'm not sure why the hollow mask would have had alerted her to young Juhabach. Those are two separate issues.

They might be, they might not be. It depends on what it was about the hollow mask that alerted her... Visored? White? Something else? Either way, it boils down to Ichigo's power flagging with her before the bankai training ever kicked in. It could be anything. It could be nothing. However, since we're speculating about what she did or didn't know, it really does boil down to that: either she had an idea, so was able to mask her feelings and thoughts, or she had no idea. The manga could run in either direction without too much trouble for the story that's been told so far.

I'm not sure where you think a picture would be. We still don't know how common the knowledge of Juhabach was among even the captains prior to the final arc. Yamamoto's cryptic comment to a young Kyouraku suggests he wasn't exactly open with the detail of the subject. And for some reason quincies were dropped from the academy curriculum a long time ago (Rukia wasn't taught it in the academy either and that was 40-49 years before chapter 1). Mayuri's also indicated that Yamamoto was burying his head in the sand a bit over the subject.
