No sign of her since she that cameo in cat form following the end of the Fullbringer arc. She must have retired.

I don't remember that.    But then again I didn't pay much attention during that arc, so it's not surprising I missed it.

And even that was an anime-only scene. So, she hasn't been seen in 134 chapters excluding the cameo in chapter 461.

I'm not really bothered by her absence. She might pop up again like Mashiro when the author feels like it.

I, on the other hand, am really annoyed that she tends to disappear for 100+ chapters after reappearing for 1 or two chapters. I'm still hoping she'll have a more important part to play later on in the manga, though.

Yeaaa... I'm pretty sure she's going to get KO'd/trolled or whatever after having a moment, I guess. I really got discouraged after seeing the treatment Unohana got, so I wouldn't be surprised if the same thing happened to Yoruichi as well.

...ugh, don't remind me. Unohana used to be one of my favorite characters.

I'm looking forward to seeing Yoruichi again, whenever she finally tuns up, but I hope it isn't a repeat of her showing in FKT.

Same here, but I just can't let my love for Unohana go to waste like that. 

Anyways, I hope so too. She better bust out her zanpaktou (if it doesn't hinder her somehow) or those other unknown Shihou techniques. I want to see her live up to her title too, but I'm probably asking for too much.

The main reasons she was around seems to have been to guide and teach Ichigo on the fly. Right now, she probably isn't needed.

^Makes sense. Why else wouldn't she be involved with such important issues. I'm guessing the next time we see her again, she'll be close to her previous form 100+ yrs ago.

What reason would she have to spy on Soul Society? Besides, with Soi Fon there, Yoruichi can already get any information she needs, from her.

I doubt she's in HM either. If she was, Urahara could have sent Ichigo and his friends ahead and told them where to rendezvous with her, instead of taking them there, himself. And there's been no sign of her in the Royal Realm. If she was, what reason would she have to stay hidden from her allies? It doesn't add up.

My bet is that it's related to the territory the Vandenreich is based in. Soul Society haven't been able to locate the quincy base. Since Yoruichi tends to have a harbinger role in the story, I'm expecting her to appear when it's time to kick the plot up a notch (which is the role she played for the launch of the Soul Society arc).

How do you know there's no sign of Yoruichi in Royal Realm. Did you forget she can turn into a cat. A cat can sneak into anywhere.

As in, 'we haven't seen her in the RR, yet'. She's still a no-show (I doubt she's there though).

More likely she saw everyone getting trolled and decided it was best to stay out of it. Yoruichi was always pretty smart.
