Ask for manga/manhwa recommendations from a certain genre or criteria, or just tell people about one you liked and think others will too!

You've read Hellsing, haven't you.

№1 rec for Hellsing that I know of (I haven't read it) is Priest. Badass, action, horror, etc. I don't know if it's with vampires though.

Vagabond = Shamo. In terms of "following a single character's entire inner and physical world", anyway.

Awesome samurai seinen? Blade of the Immortal.

The great DEW recommends:

Molester Man

Now, I expected something totally different when I read the name, but it isn't what you think it is. The art isn't amazing, and the story isn't super-interesting but I find it enjoyable to read and it's pretty funny at times. It is also (apparently) based on a 'true story' from 2ch, so props to reality for making this one.

^ I made a thread for it so join us.  ^  :)

It is a good manga sort of like Densha Otoko.

I recommend  Diamond Dust - it's a good web manhwa that not a lot of people know about it.   -  It's really different from a lot of other ones out there,  the art is good.  It's from easy going scans.

Samurai.

I've read Vagabond and Blade of the Immortal. I love them. I LOVE THEM.

I know of Rurouni Kenshin, Lone Wolf And Cub. And Shigurui. I want something else. Come at me, bros.

Sidooh and Blood and Steel are both Samurai based ones that maintain a dark mood.  Gamaran is another one though it's a bit lighter in comparison to the others.

I'm actually reading The Ravages of Time at the moment which happens in China (so it's technically not a samurai manga) and I'm only 5 volumes in but the action and the strategies are amazing. It can get a bit confusing but it's a manhua that requires the reader to have some idea of Chinese history which I think will just work great if you are into rereading series that capture you and this may be a manhua that gets a straight 10/10 from me  ;)

Two things: A dark comedy. Something depresing and hilarious like Oyasumi Punpun, or just messed up like Dorohedoro and Franken Fran.

Or I want something that is somehow like Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (badassery, gore, strategy, cool powers, creative fights). I just caught up with Kongou Banchou and while that has enough manliness and cool opponents there was a little too much friendship powers.

I'm looking for a good mystery/suspense/horror series. Can be shounen or seinen. If it's seinen, I would prefer if it didn't have excessive gore. I can do gore, but I hate needlessly excessive blood. Some series I've read are Death Note, Mirai Nikki, Bloody Monday, and Enigma. There may be a few others, but I can't think of them ATM. Anyway, any help is appreciated.

How many chapters of this are there in Japan? I remember seeing it getting an anime announcement and it surprised me since only 12 chapters had been scanned, unless it's an adaption of a LN or something too.

Not a Toonami Faithfool.

"Ass Pull": Often the first term people use to show how dissatisfied they are with something before it can be explained.

"Bull shit": often the first term used when a person expresses their dissatisfaction with something and they don't like the explaination.
