So since I've gotten a bunch of really good anime from you kind people in this thread, including Shinsekai yori, NHK ni Youkoso and Yojouhan Shinwa Taikei (Tatami Galaxy), I figure why not ask for more ^^

So if anyone knows any anime like the abovementioned masterpieces (manga could also be fine), about human relations and human psyche, preferably with drama/unpredictable elements, then I would be eternally grateful if you were to share that knowledge with me! Action scenes aren't a minus, but should preferably not be the main point of the story.

Thank you in advance!

I could give you more but I think thoses are good enough:

@diezdragon -

Akira

Btooom!

Texnolyze

Zankyou no Terror

Ergo Proxy

Monster

Ghost in the Shell (series and films)

Serial Experiment Lain

Paprika

Paranoia Agent

Perfect Blue

Neon Genesis Evangelion

Erased

Death Note

Jigoku Shoujo

Jin-Rou

Mardock Scramble

Memories

That's all that comes to mind ATM.

Most of thoses quoted but one awesome on I've been reading lately: Tenkuu Shinpan and Himegoto -Juukyuusai no seifuku

I finished watching 'Shimoneta' two days ago. Since the trailer does poor job of explaining what it's about, I've linked to the TV Tropes page instead (they have a pretty good review of it to).

I'd recommend it only if you're okay with sex related humor. If not, steer clear.

I just finished watching Re:Zero and I really liked it, it's one of the best anime I have watched in recent years. I would love to continue reading the story and I heard it's based on a light novel. Does anyone know from which volume to continue reading it (if there is any source material available after episode 25 of the anime)?

The anime passed the Light Novels but you can look for the web novels

Is a web novel legit content made by the creator? If so where can I read that shit? Re:Zero is some addicting stuff :D

EDIT: nevermind I just found a site where I can read it, thanks!
