My Bday is coming up soon so i think ill get myself some anatomy/drawing books, would you know the good ones? I have some ideas like Atlas of the human body.
A lot of the 'essential' anatomy books are available online. If you're gonna research on that you'll see that a lot of people talk about Loomis. He's a pretty good guy, but it's a very old book and it might be too confusing to go through. In that case you can go look at Michael Hampton. It's a lot more accessible and taking that into account arguably as good as Loomis.
If you're going to buy art books, I would search for like artists artbooks as opposed to teaching artbooks. Those are much harder to get your hands on online than teaching books.
So in short, buying inspiration > buying teaching books. You should just check out what teaching book you like, then search the author and book name in google along with .pdf or something like that. It usually brings up some good results.
