NHK (Japanese broadcasting organization) recently aired a special variety (or information) program, called Kono Manga Iine! BS Osusume Yawa. This program is about the five presenters present one manga each which fit for the genre. For the topic, it focused on the battle manga, and it introduced five different battle manga. So, if anyone interested, here are the videos. Also, it doesn't have an English subtitle.

Can you summarize which 5 manga and who participated (if they are well-known)?

Here are the list of 5 mangas (they are well known sereis): Claymore, Hajime no Ippo, 81 Diver, Bungou Stray Dogs, and Rurouni Kenshin.

Also, actually it aired two themes for this episode; the first theme is "battle manga", and the second theme is "genius characters in manga". Here are the 5 mangas for the second theme: Glass no Kamen, Kiteretsu Daihyakka, Kuroko no Basket, Black Jack Sousei Hiwa, and Mashiro no Oto.

As much as I love Gekkan & KnK, everyone and their grandma knows of them. I want either Kakukaku Shikajika or Houseki no Kuni to win this. I'm also rooting for Mahou Tsukai, Ballroom & Innocent, they're pretty good too. I'm not familiar with the rest. I googled Kasane, it looks interesting. I think i'll check it out this weekend.
