Why You Should Read This:
Looking for a completely badass middle-aged shotacon character? You've come to the right place.
Shibatora is a school-life/delinquent story of how our hero, Shibata Taketora, solves the problems and social conflicts of highschool teenagers that are facing domestic abuse, bullying, criminal gangs. etc. At first, you might question how such a boring looking shota hero would fair among other more attractive side characters. But this series does a splendid job in bringing out the awesomeness of this hero, as he saves people from their social problems and heals their internal struggles. The premise might sound like something out of a cheesy harem manga, but if you go into this series expecting a sweet love-comedy, you might come out traumatized as the series can go pretty dark in portraying things such as drug abuse or rape.
Overall, it is a solid series that delves into modern social issues that teenage delinquents face, and how they struggle to find their place in the world.
P.S. I believe you would classify this hero as a static protagonist.
