Ok so puddings revolver is a 36 caliber pistol with special candy jacket ammo.

But

The compeletly wasted and worthless Mr. 5's pistol was a 44 caliber (are you feeling lucky, well are you punk!)

Candy jacket being a play on words with full metal jacket. That actually is worse for bullets. It appears mr 5 has the more deadly gun (if he isn't load it with his fodder breath)

just saying

caliber is about the internal diameter of the barrel, meaning size of the biggest possible bullet is can shot
are you going on bigger size = better? or size being the only most significative variable for guns?

next you're going to say Lucky Roo is fodder just cause he uses a gun (or yasop and others for that matter)
(but they must have bigger guns, obviously)

Well there is a lot of thought on personal concealed carry guns some people argue a bullet that is too large is less effective form a hand gun and some argue a smaller bullet will flatten better and thus cause more internal damage.

That being said due to the "candy jacket" the bullet has would compeletly prevent the bullet from flattening so that arguement would be a non-factor in this discussion.

Some would argue the bigger bullets are heavier and this weigh the gun down and drop more at longer ranges. Weight is not an issue in OP since they are all superhuman and the 1-2 extra pounds is nothing for these guys. And dropping at range..... well.... that might be a point taken.

But in terms of power behind the bullet, the larger the caliber the better. Thus why the military uses 50 cal rounds on humvees and not 22.

The advantage of the 44 is he could load any ammo he wants in there, hollow tips for maximum internal damage or armor piercing in the case of iron skin.

So here is he problem I am having right now. Why did the brothers have one of their soldiers block a gun shot? This leads me to believe a normal gunshot would of pierced their iron skin. If that is the case then a non candy jacket and larger caliber would be a lot more effective.

Lucky roo Beckmann yousop wow nearly all shanks crew uses guns. They are a bunch of fodder. No wonder kizaru ignored them.

the first two panels on top are from ch 825, the bottom panels arefrom ch 829

825 is the first time the rescue team got close to the chocolate island

829 is after they left the chocolate island and when they made their first turn after getting close to the jam island following the map from pudding

in 825 they are detected by the slugs, while in 829 the slugs don't have a reaction
