Alright, I'll step in and await some recommandations.

Is there any action/drama/adventure/super power, manga worth to be taken notice, I am searching for something that could fit in the "Kubo" line of drawing or "Oda" and "Kishimoto".

with it being still on-going or possibly contain at least 100~ if completed.

Thank you in advance!

Kubera! The art is not to everyone's liking, and FAR from Kubo's, but definitely worth reading (like, super intelligent story).

And even if the art is still different, give a try to Noragami. It's beautiful, wonderfully written and awesome in so many ways for a shounen (monthly one, so less chapters with more pages).

As for Kishimoto's way of drawing, you can try his twin brother's manga. The most famous one is 666 Satan (O-Parts Hunter), but it's also the first, and the art is good only near the end... he always does monthly manga too, IIRC.

Every time I feel desperate because I think I'll never find a good manga that really suits my taste
I find a new one that gives me a reason to be optimistic.

My favourite manga are the ones that happen in urban setting, in big cities like Tokyo and have an existential vibe, an atmospheric vibe
    and action.

So two days ago I found Birdmen and I am feeling really lucky because of that.

If someone here has a similar taste with me, he should check it out.
In the first couple of chapters the monologues of the protagonist are a little weird, but I read afterwards some really amazing chapters.
I am currently at chapter 14 and so far it's pretty decent.
My only complaint is that the fights are a little lacking.
