@AndrewR5D4 : Given recent events in the past year, hell no.
Unless you are Kishimoto, a chapter that sets up a female lead and the male lead at the same time generally = the end-game pairing.
Not only have Natsu and Lisanna had little to no meaningful interactions since she came back, but Lucy's Celestial Equip Magic has also pretty much rendered Lisanna even more irrelevant. Lucy is drawing on the powers of the Celestial Spirits; Lisanna's Animal Soul only mimics the forms and physical abilities of animals, hardly a Magic of any notable power to speak of, and the situation would have to be painfully contrived (not to mention her being paired up with vastly more powerful Mages) for it to have any utility or relevance in an actual battle.
If there is any character that I would say the author should not have return to Fairy Tail, it would be her (her older siblings are another matter) because, to put it bluntly, she's been nothing but empty filler and a catalyst to place her siblings in harmful situations since she was brought back.
