Aquaman

7/10

The world building in this was quite impressive, visually appealing at times, the Trench scenes, Atlantis, the final battle.Orm's scene with his Mosasaurus was great, one of my favourite of the year actually.
There were some musical additions that should have been removed. There were some cheesy/tacky scenes, one being the romantic scene between Mera and Aquaman while people were getting slaughtered in the back ground.

Onto Orm, he did nothing wrong, as per the rules he engaged in combat to determine who will ascend the throne. He won fair and square.
Arthur did not care about Atlantis, his allegiance was to the surface world,I hope the sequel therefore has a more political angle.

The plot was predictable as with most comic book movies. Not entirely sold on Mamoa either,he was just serviceable.

As if the James Gunn new wasn't crazy enough now this: https://link.hollywo...j3.boh/97928225

It may be zero hour for Ezra Miller and The Flash.

In an effort to stay on as star of the DC Comics-based movie, Miller has taken it upon himself to write his own script…and enlisted the help of comics author Grant Morrison.

The reason is this: Miller has his own…darker…vision for what the movie should be. But it clashes with what directors John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein have in mind.
