I'd say "correct" given that you have "didn't" just before, so "you didn't correct it fully".
But you could say "you haven't corrected it fully."

Probably a long shot but I got really curious about this an apparently my google fu isn't working.

 

How exactly did they produce lighting effects (the glowy stuff) in traditional cel animation?

no idea how they did it traditionally, but with computer graphics its done by "lighting up" the cell in question, so probably something similar to that.

 

first you draw the lightning, then you light it up.
