Shuka has a bright future.
Art, set up and style reminds of Baccano, so I take a liking immediately and the atmosphere proves me right (of course, not like it is as good though).
It seems there are many instances where they try to save budget and while that is common this anime just has them at the wrong times. Overall it's still good and the background are well-done.
The level of intelligence and planning leaves a lot to be desired but I guess that's about right for this scale. I mainly enjoy the flow. Not much suspense or climax or emotional stuffs. It's quite...one tone but it's smooth, I have to say. And the characters are well-established.
The end is good but I would prefer if they both died. And not sure what the footprints mean. Angelo is alive or he's in the ocean?
Edit: Fango's new hair style looks much better, yeah. And his mistress...I thought he would hit her when she stole his talk but the guy is cool eh? LOL
