tbh i dont see how they could beta his ability. Wen he masters his zetsu and can do it as fast as a blink then he’s unbeatable. Cause literally he would be ablw to blink and see 10 seconds in the future

It's not that hard tbh. He's still a regular human in all physical stats, and most characters should handily outpace him. I doubt he can even follow all movements in the timespan  - take Kalluto observing Feitan's fight for example, he was a trained Zoldyck, and he still could barely keep up just watching. How is Tserriednich supposed to? Also, what if he just can't dodge? If he sees a bomb exploding 10 seconds in the future, there's a good chance he'll still die because he can't run away quick enough. Not to mention that there are characters that can kill him even in the blink of an eye.

well thats true. But jus assuming he he learns to basic fighting skills and wit his genius im sure he can utilize this ability to the fullest. Especially since people dont even realize wats goin on even after he uses his ability. Thats it most impressive function

It was nice that they went into such detail about his ability. I was thinking that his ability involved reversing time, but instead it is more like he jumps forward in time and then can alter the present. It does feel like a very strong ability, but I don't think it is too over powered. I guess him being able to use it in succession back to back without any real down time might make it a bit broken, but he will probably mess up somewhere given his personality. Maybe he will mess up and tell someone what his ability is and allow someone to come up with some counter to it. It is still limited to what he can see, so maybe something outside of his viewing range might be able to counter it well enough. Kurapika's ability might be able to seal it somehow too.

Terrorsandwich sees himself from behind. We also didn't see the hatsubeast vanishing with the nenbeast. Does Terrorwich see what his hatsubeast sees?

I think this might be a possibility. It would explain why he sees his past self from behind him.

Jesus, that was a wall of text even by Togashi's standards. I dig the fact that the characters are actually thinking things through, but this is a bit excessive

Anyway, so Benjamin's team has figured out that Kurapika has abilities connected to his fingers, but they're slightly off on the details. Specifically, they're taking the Specialist issue too seriously. Handing out abilities by themselves is pretty clever, it doesn't just balance the power between the princes, but also assures (for the moment) that nobody in the training goes off the rails immidiately and comes up with something powerful on their own.

For the 5th prince, I'm pretty sure he'll be one of the next to die, though this chapter sets up a bunch of different scenarios, and it's hard to tell which is more likely.

There might be some translation issues. Reddit suggests waiting for someone named 7sama, or for Viz. Hopefully MS fixes things. Page 19 confused me more than anything. Thought Rihan was talking about himself.

No matter how many times kurapika explains it I just don’t agree with the concept of teaching your enemies nen abilities. Ultimately giving your enemies ways to defeat you

I understand his logic I guess. It just still screams dumb to me

It’s a calculated risk. He’s outnumbered, and the ones who are the most experienced want to kill him.

i mean i guess its working so far so i cant complain too much. But still like the guy said in this chapter. Even novices can create really troublesome and deadly abilities. Its jus the nature of nen. So he was so scared of the more experienced ones that he’s creating novices who could still be trouble for him.

True, but like Bill also said, Kurapika still has something up his sleeve so I'm sure has some backup plan in case something goes wrong with the people who learn nen from him. My only worry is how many times can he do this before he feels the effects of emperor time again.

Not really, Kurapika is planning on giving everyone more nen classes to help prolong the stalemate on the ship to kinda make sure that it is a level playing field.

If he didn't do that, most likely the stronger prince's and their followers would kill everyone else off - it's that simple really. So hardly a dumb move as you're claiming.

Anyways I really enjoyed the characterization of both Bill and Rihan. Bill's hatsu is definitely gonna be useful in helping explore the Dark Continent assuming if he ever survives this succession war on the ship.

Regarding Rihan, well I am liking the concept of Predator - it's such a well thought ability.

again i get his logic so i cant act like its completely dumb. But its like passing guns out to your enemies so they can fight their enemies who already have guns. But then u realize that your also one of their enemies. Yea a stalemate could happen but all it takes is that one guy to pull the trigger and that’ll be it

Point is there's no other way as far as Kurapika knows

Initially, of the 14 princes guards only five had a chance. Now he made things balanced.
Going by leadership, status and age prince wobble will always be at the bottom.
Kurapika made it fair for all the other princes because more nen users require additional caution when attacking, this equals more time which is the key for prince wobble survival.
What I dont get is why kurapika allowed the new nen users to not show him their nen types. At east get some intel.

##Kurapika back up plan has to be related with Izunavi, Hanzo, Basho, Melody, and Biscuit. So far, all they've done was swap intel. There needs to be more reasons as to why he hire them.

Took me some time to read this one. It was long long

but you don’t think it’s weird? Its not like kurapika is the first character we’ve seen who is outnumbered and alone in a dangerous situation, but he’s definitely the first person to do someting like this.

I would even understand it more if he jus created an alliance with only the princes who dont want to participate in the succesion war and taught them nen so they could protect themselves better. But naw he’s even teaching the blood thirsty prince’s men too. It just seems weird

well yea i guess the key is getting more time but still The plans seems ver shaky. Wat if he creates a person who doesnt care for caution and jus goes on the attack. I feel like all it takes is one big incident for things the start moving fast

Who was put in the same situation as Kurapika?

You think the strong Princes would just allow the weak princes to band together? And Benjamin controls the army LOL

Being sneaky only invites unwanted hostility. Here Kurapika broadcasts everything to divert attention from Wobble and so the strong Princes would be busy gnawing at each other. Not to mention because he holds valuable thing like Nen knowledge, no one would want to kill him yet.
