Not that much to say about this one, really. Nothing special. It felt like another filler chapter. I didn't hate it because nothing actually BAD happened in it, it's just that nothing GOOD happened, either. *shrugs about* Why, do you disagree?

I think he's between Marco and the Yonkirals, me. Which might still be Yonkiral-level because he's able to actually compete with them but always lose (á la Marco but better), but that's a technicality. The comment about Kaidou doesn't mean any more than it did on the Den Den Mushi or on the bridge; it just means Doflamingo knows he'd lose to Kaidou. That's counting the armies under them, too.
(And seeing as how Kaidou's epithet, Strongest Creature in the World, puts him above even Shanks? By that strict logic, Shanks wouldn't be Yonkiral-level either.)

So, does this chapter prove Kaidou > Doflamingo? Nope. Is Kaidou stronger than Doflamingo? Almost certainly. But I'll secretly harbor those Yonkiral-level hopes until Doffy's actually taken out, but they'll be hoping against hope. Because everything speaks against it.

And Kaido is most definitely stronger than Doflamingo as are the rest of the Yonkirals,Dragon, and Mihawk. And even within the Yonkiral level there is a difference (small) of power, but it is present.

I think someone like Fujitora is solidly stronger than Doflamingo, and Kaido is a bit stronger than Fuji, so the difference will be even more pronounced when Kaido is compared to Doflamingo. As for Doflamingo fighting against them, I do not see him giving them high difficulty fights at all. At best I see him giving them medium difficulty.

No, it isn't. Even if Doflamingo was stronger than Kaidou, he would still be able to say what he said assuming Kaidou's total forces > Doflamingo's. Obviously it isn't pitting Doflamingo and Kaidou against each other only in a duel; we're talking about an actual war. So no, it's not proof. It's certainly evidence, but it's no more proof than chapter 597 was. http://www.mangastream.to/one-piece-chapter-698-page-18.html *shrugs*

Of course there are power differences among the "real" Yonkirals. They may not even be small in all cases. For example, Akainu may be on power level 100 while Big Mom is on 90. Possible. Even though both are real Yonkirals.

Sounds about right, yeah. Though a part of me still hopes it's wrong. =P

CoO in situations like that isn't reliable at all, as DEW would point out. We'll have to wait until he's in a good fight scenario, then we'll know with more accuracy.

Rayleigh did state people favor/lean to one color over others.

He could be a CoC specialist, too. Though I also wouldn't be surprised if that's extremely rare, or possibly even unique to Luffy.
My guess at this point would be CoA, seeing as how that's just been shown so much more than his presumed CoO. But I have no idea. And we don't know how much that means, either.

Sorry, I'm really not in that kind of mood with OP at the moment, for whatever reason. Whereas I usually am all about trying and failing to predict what's gonna happen and all that, right now I'm just reading and enjoying the chapters. Sorry~! That's too bad, I always liked your predictions.
Well since this chapter is already out, I think next one Doffy will find out about his brother betraying him. Vergo uncovered the truth and will be part of the traumatic incident that made Law hate Doffy and Vergo so much. It would also be cool if Vergo is the one who kills of Cora being the first Heart Seat, as brutal as DD is he might still hold the belief of never harming his younger brother. So Vergo reading the situation does the job.

It would also make this panel all the more epic in hindsight if it was Vergo who did it.

The thing is, that last post admits he's wrong. See he said the liger was a different species because it was bigger than the lion or the tiger, so he's saying a change in one trait, means it's a different species, and yet he denied that was the case with Tale's moth example. Also I was just being factual, he literally isn't qualified to debate biology with me.
